WE ARE
Hi, for someone with a history in sales I am not great when finding words about myself! My name is Beth, over a decade’s worth of experience and knowledge within sales and marketing. Both within the global sector and smaller local businesses. A large proportion of my history is with global companies; however, I have always freelanced for smaller boutique businesses. I decided that I wanted to branch out on my own after the birth of my last daughter and focus solely on smaller businesses using my knowledge to help them grow and reach their full potential without the extra workload of the marketing and social media minefield!
I also created the business with the vision as we grew the company would bring with it job opportunities and also internship and training progression. The sole mission of this company is to create opportunity for those within local communities to grow and shine.

NETWORKING
We are different in that 100% of business referrals and work are all going to be based with local businesses in your area. Not just to help support the local economy but also to hopefully help build relationships among the businesses for support of each other and hope of creating a community. Running a business can at times can be overwhelming and lonely and if you have someone locally you can turn to for a cuppa or chat this can have such a positive impact on you and therefore your business too!

Business Growth is such a personal thing and so open to interpretation. Growth does not necessarily mean great expansion and taking over the world! This could just mean steadily growing as you need within your market to keep business steady or it could mean total expansion and restructure. Whichever end of the scale you are we got you covered!
I always start my consultations for this with a coffee or a teams meeting if that is not possible. To get to know you and your business, I will send a questionnaire before this to gather some information about where you struggle, where you want to go with the business and what you want help with. After this and during our conversation I will work through this and then focus in on the ways I think we can help you with the resources we have. My goal is always to work alongside you, utilising the business you have built making tweaks within this to gain the best results.
If you are wanting to expand then we will work with a 5 year goal plan and I have a structure in place that I have spent years working on that has proven success that I tailor to your needs and wants for the business.
The pricing for Business growth is totally POA and depending on the level of guidance and expansion needed and if a one off written plan for you or ongoing management of the business.
